The original design
The house feels light and spacious with a surprising 3 bedrooms (one with en-suite) upstairs plus family bathroom, a large open plan living space, shower room, small utility area and fourth bedroom / study on the ground floor as well as integral garage. This tight site has been made to work hard and the result is a compact yet generous home with a layout that could offer complete ground floor living if required.
Now finished the house feels like it has always been there, having retained the proportions and modesty of the old cottage but now celebrating its credentials as a very 21st century village home with Solar PVs and electric charging point proudly on show. This is a sustainable and adaptable home of the highest standard, A rated for energy performance.
